ORGANIZATION: Residential Hospice

While it's not always easy, volunteering for hospice can be very rewarding. We have patients in your area, in their own homes and senior living facilites. They would enjoy someone joining them to play music, watch TV, read a book, or maybe just sit silently with them. We'd never ask you to provide direct care. We will provide you with training and support you throughout the time. We just ask that you set aside at least an hour every other week to spend with your patient( though we'd welcome more). We work with busy schedules, even those that aren't the same each week. See How Residential Hospice raises the bar to care for our patients and families.
