We are a growing organization with a big heart, and we rely on passionate volunteers like you to help us achieve our goals.

About the Role:

As a Human Resources Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with volunteer recruitment by reviewing applications, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining and organizing HR documents, including volunteer files and onboarding materials.
• Processing volunteer paperwork, such as new hire forms and background checks.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team with various projects and initiatives.
• Communicating effectively with volunteers and staff in both English and Spanish.

You are a Great Fit if You Have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for volunteering and a desire to make a difference.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
