Job Overview:

As a Business Developer for Menzies Mission, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our social media products. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to expand our market reach and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the social media products landscape.
  • Analyze customer needs and pain points to tailor our product offerings and value propositions accordingly.

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key target markets, industries, and customer segments for product expansion.

Partnership and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with strategic partners to enhance product distribution and market penetration.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales efforts through proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals and pitches that address client needs and maximize conversion rates.

Product Innovation and Feedback Loop:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal product development teams to convey market feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform product roadmap decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (4 years) in business development, sales, or account management within the social media, digital marketing, or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and user behaviors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
