Job Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by sourcing and attracting top talent to join our dynamic organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure we build high-performing teams aligned with our company goals. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates, and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage interview logistics.
- Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Extend offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in one of the following fields:
- UX/UI Design
- Cybersecurity
- IT network, software development, SW product development
- HR and Administration
- Finance and Legal
- Project management and Business Development
- Marketing and Sales, CRM (client relations management)

Description
Menzies Philanthropic Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on supporting the orphanages globally, based on the Shirley Menzies 5 Key Needs, designed to create the first eco-regenerative conscious community to heal trauma and provide safe homes for orphans and vulnerable families.
The organization is in is operating at the start-up level, currently working to provide a powerful regenerative, self-sustaining business model facilitated by its 'For Profit’, Social Impact Enterprise, and "Me Is We".
Through the development of residual-producing income streams, the "Me Is We" enterprise will supplement and eventually finance the Menzies Philanthropic Foundation’s ultimate goal of creating eco-regenerative conscious communities for wholistic assistance and development.
