Your Role:

As a remote recruiter, your role is essential in bringing individuals and corporate sponsors on board to support our various initiatives aimed at empowering Roma communities in both the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Engaging Sponsors: Actively seek out individuals and corporate entities interested in supporting our projects. This involves reaching out to potential sponsors, networking with relevant communities, and using online platforms to attract their interest.

2. Screening and Assessing Suitability: Screen and assess potential sponsors to ensure their suitability. Conduct interviews, review their previous sponsorship experience, and evaluate their commitment to and alignment with our projects' goals.

3. Matching Sponsors with Projects: Match sponsors with the most suitable projects based on their interests and resources. Understand the projects' needs and the sponsors' preferences to establish a fruitful partnership.

4. Providing Guidance and Support: Offer guidance, resources, training, and ongoing assistance to sponsors. Help them maximize their support efforts and overcome any challenges they may encounter.

5. Monitoring and Celebrating Success: Monitor sponsorship progress, track funds raised, and celebrate sponsors' achievements. Recognition and acknowledgment of their contributions motivate others to get involved and further support our projects.

  • Community Centers: Building community centers to provide a hub for education and social services.
  • Educational Programs: Funding educational programs to enhance learning opportunities for Roma children.
  • Healthcare Initiatives: Providing essential healthcare services to improve the well-being of Roma communities.
  • Cultural Preservation: Supporting projects that preserve and celebrate Roma culture.
  • Economic Empowerment: Creating job training and placement programs to boost economic opportunities for Roma individuals.
