About Us

Aid-Equip US is committed to empowering individuals and communities through education, mentorship, and economic initiatives. Our work spans across Florida and extends globally with representatives in Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Kenya, and South Sudan. We believe in fostering self-reliance and resilience, teaching people to "fish for themselves" rather than offering temporary aid.

Position: Executive Director (Volunteer)

As the Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in leading our organization, shaping our strategic direction, and ensuring the successful implementation of our programs. This is an unpaid, volunteer position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and communities worldwide.

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction.
  • Oversee program development and implementation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and volunteers.
  • Ensure financial sustainability through fundraising and partnership development.
  • Represent Aid-Equip US in public forums and media.
  • Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit or similar organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for community empowerment and sustainable development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in fundraising and partnership development is a plus.
  • Make a meaningful impact on global communities.
