The Real Public Defender needs your HELP

Board of Trustees duties may include the following:

• Establishing and reviewing the organization's vision, mission, goals, and strategies
• Ensuring the organization complies with legal, ethical, and financial standards
• Governing and advising upper management on how to implement organizational policies and plans
• Assessing the organization's performance and impact on all stakeholders, such as investors, donors, employees, and clients
• Managing the organization's public image and reputation
• Onboarding new members and keeping up with issues and trends that affect the organization
