Promoting social entrepreneurship as a cornerstone of community outreach campaigns, ReJews is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Brooklyn, NY. A new initiative has been launched to welcome the involvement of a diverse group of storytellers, business leaders, travelers, and culinary experts. A literary agent is needed as the centerpiece in this effort to help share their unique contributions, insights, and tales.

Ideal candidates are those who:

  • Are already working in the industry and looking to expand their impact.
  • Are up-and-coming agents looking to build their roster and deepen their involvement in the publishing world.
  • Are experienced agents eager to give back to the community.
  • Hold or are pursuing membership with the Association of Authors' Representatives (AAR).

Responsibilities include:

  • Securing publishing deals for our writers.
  • Managing a variety of works across different genres and formats.
  • Overseeing the involvement of publishing houses, editors, and illustrators.
  • Navigating corporate partnership opportunities for upmarket category works.
  • Exploring AI writing tools within the creative process.

Writers' works include children's picture books aimed at sharing warm, teachable ideas; autobiographical business insights reflecting on legendary career experiences; novelty coffee table books, and the first cookbook by a male kosher chef.
