We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Fundraising and Event Coordinator to join our nonprofit team. This individual will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and initiatives that support our mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, event management, and volunteer coordination, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet and exceed financial goals.Plan and coordinate a variety of fundraising events, including galas, auctions, community events, and online campaigns.Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and volunteer coordination.Create and distribute promotional materials to increase event visibility and participation.Track and analyze fundraising performance and provide regular reports to the executive team.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging for all events and campaigns.Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support event execution and fundraising activities.

Seeing a need for an all volunteer 501(c)(3), we formed a charity to help provide a solution. We offer help to local orphanages, civilians and vulnerable persons alike. Our community consists of many different countries and cultures. Sometimes language can be a barrier but we always find a way to communicate. Even if you do not speak a certain language or share a religion with one of us, we still welcome you and we love to learn new things.
