This is an unpaid volunteer role. This role includes storing the existing 400 bicycles (outside is fine), storing parts inventory, and providing a place for volunteers to repair bikes. This can change in the future if you'd like, but it's the current set up.

As executive director you are responsible for overseeing all operations within the organization. These tasks include:

• Volunteer recruiting / onboarding
• Regular presentations to the board of directors covering the current state and future needs of the non-profit.
• Working with our bookkeeper to maintain finances.
• Ensure bikes are getting repaired.
• Manage our credit card and bank account withdraws and deposits.
• Mange our PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp accounts.
• Ensure bicycles are picked up and delivered to the appropriate places.
• Respond to inquiries about bicycle donations and requests.
• Manage the mast list of bicycles and repairs.
• Work with the grant writers to idenitfy, write, and report on grants.
• Manage the inventory of parts.
• Provide the proper van maintenance.
• Facilitate any necessary fundraising.
• Foster a good relationship with our partners.
• Ensure our social media accounts are managed.
