You must like dogs! Our canine team constantly trains to keep their skills sharp. How we do that is by recruiting outside individuals to be our decoys. Our dogs do not bite and merely want to know if you are hiding something from them. They will sniff around you, and alert their handler if they smell something that warrants a reward. We do this at the San Francisco Airport, Monday through Friday, 0600-1100ish, but are flexible.
We place an odor on you or in a travel bag and you act as a passenger trying to get to your final destination. You don't have to be physically fit but you must be able to walk or wheel through our checkpoints. Once our dogs catch you, you see their smiles as they are rewarded and are eager to catch you again. They love their job!
