Are you passionate about contributing to the fight against Alzheimer’s and dementia? Are you interested in flexing your volunteer and leadership skills in a creative and flexible environment? Do you enjoy meeting new people and educating them on ways they can get involved in the community? Does the idea of supporting and empowering others to reach their goals excite you?

The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter is actively seeking leaders like you to join The Longest Day Volunteer Committee! The Longest Day is a unique opportunity for fundraisers from all around Indiana to support the fight against Alzheimer’s and other dementia in any way they want, any time they want.

The Longest Day is a do-it-yourself fundraising campaign, and participants engage in all kinds of events that are tailored to the interests of their community and supporters. Some examples include golf outings, pickleball tournaments, bake sales, trivia nights, and even fundraising only options! The list is quite literally endless - and that’s what makes The Longest Day so great.

As a member of The Longest Day committee, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit, coach, and celebrate fundraisers as they plan and execute their special events.

In person and virtual committee positions are available, making this a flexible volunteer experience.
