ORGANIZATION: Arthritis Foundation

We are calling all volunteers passionate about event planning, mission-driven work, and community outreach! The Arthritis Foundation - Sacramento is looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our 2024 Jingle Bell Run Event Committee. Jingle Bell Run is the original festive race; our participants dress up in fun, holiday attire, tie bells to their shoes and run to support those living with arthritis by raising vital funds for programs and research.

Volunteer committee members partner with the Jingle Bell Run Chairs and Arthritis Foundation staff to ensure that the event meets its financial and community engagement goals. Committee member's responsibilities may include:

  • Attending regular committee meetings
  • Participant recruitment and outreach
  • Soliciting sponsorships and donations: financial and in-kind
  • Assisting with social media and communications
  • Sharing the mission of the Arthritis Foundation

The ideal people would be willing to commit several hours each month between now and the event which will be held on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14 - 9:00 AM at WILLIAM LAND PARK.
