We currently need 10 mentors for our 360 Business Showcase on May 24, 2025.

Business coaches and mentors to personally and virtually support our participants in our upcoming entreprenuerial cohort for female founders and entrepreneurs as SMEs offering office hoursto program participants.

ABOUT WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT 360:

Women’s Empowerment 360° (WE360) is a national YWCA women’s empowerment program designed to put women and women of color entrepreneurs on the path to starting and maintaining successful businesses.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about Women's Empowerment and women entrepreneurs.
  • Currently serving others as a coach or mentor.
    • Understands the difference between the two roles.
  • Five (5)years minimum of business experience.
  • Able to commit to a consistent appointments for Office Hours
  • Access to Zoom.
  • Track record of coaching/mentoring/consulting success.

Preferences:

  • Bilingual-English and Spanish.
  • Completed WE360 cohort or other entrepreneurial cohort previously.
