As a Hospice Volunteer, you will provide compassionate companionship and support to patients and their families during their end-of-life journey. 'To care for those who once cared for us is one of the highest honors,' and your role will embody this spirit. You will offer emotional support, provide respite and companionship, and engage in meaningful activities such as reading aloud, playing music, or simply holding hands and listening. By being a comforting presence, listening actively, and respecting confidentiality, you will enhance the quality of life for patients. Training is provided, and a minimum commitment of one to two hours per week is preferred. Join us in making a significant difference in the lives of those in need of care and compassion.

We ask our volunteers to be availlable and willing to make a 6 month commitment.
