As a landscaping volunteer, you'll gain valuable experience in botanic garden maintenance, supporting the ranch's mission. As a Landscaping Lead Volunteer, you will hold an important role in helping us maintain our landscape. The landscaping volunteer is expected to attend at least one volunteer day per month. Identify invasive weed species and monitor their distribution. Work alongside staff to remove invasive species. Assist with other maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and adding compost and soil amendments. Participate in special projects like seed collection, propagation, and species success records.
