Recruiting Organization: Indigo Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers with a passion for supporting displaced communities through multimedia approaches and an interest in supporting and advocating for the skills, talents and potential of displaced individuals in Greece.

For this role, we are looking for motivated, resilient and creative volunteers with a background of professional experience in media related fields.

The Media Department Facilitator will be in charge of establishing media strategies, planning and training programmes as well as facilitating the production of diverse media content (photography, written materials, social media campaigns, exhibitions, and event management).

Other tasks include organizing and maintaining required equipment for the media department as well as recruiting and overseeing a dedicated team of community volunteers.


  • Professional experience in media-related fields
  • Motivation, creativity, adaptability and willingness to learn from a diverse team
  • Resilience and ability to navigate challenging situations
  • Minimum commitment of 2 months, preferably longer (3 months+)
  • Min. 23 years old
  • Ability to volunteer in Greece for min 3 months without a VISA
