The Arthritis Foundation - Maryland is looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our 2024 Jingle Bell Run Event Committee. Jingle Bell Run is the original festive race to support charity! Our participants dress up in fun, holiday attire, tie bells to their shoes, and run to support the 60+ million Americans living with arthritis.

Volunteer committee members partner with Event Chairs and Arthritis Foundation staff to ensure that the event meets its financial and community engagement goals. Committee member's responsibilities may include:

  • Attending regular committee meetings (meetings held virtually)
  • Participant recruitment and outreach
  • Soliciting sponsorships and donations: financial and in-kind
  • Assisting with social media and communications
  • Helping day-of during in-person event (December 2024)
  • Sharing the mission of the Arthritis Foundation

The ideal people would be willing to commit several hours each month between now and the event which will be held on December 14, 2024.
