Role Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Youth Mentors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with young people, providing guidance, encouragement, and support that fosters their personal and academic development.
Choice of five clubs located throughout the county -Hobe Sound, Indiantown, Jensen Beach, East Stuart, and Port Salerno.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with youth, serving as a supportive and trusted adult role model.
- Engage in one-on-one mentoring, focusing on building self-esteem, setting goals, and developing problem-solving skills.
- Provide academic support by assisting with homework, studying, and educational goal setting.
- Advocate for youth, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their potential.
Time Commitment:
To ensure consistency and meaningful impact, a minimum commitment of one hour per week is required.
