What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team player to join our team as an Administrative Assistant! This role involves working closely with the Board and CEO creating new documents, organizing and coordinating existing documents, communicating with volunteers, scheduling and performing other administrative tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage new documents and files
  • Organize and coordinate existing documents
  • Communicate effectively with volunteers via email and other platforms
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Zoom team management
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role preferred; but not required
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Zoom)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Possession of strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
