Volunteer Opportunity: Salesforce Specialist

The Ben Hogan Foundation is seeking a dedicated and skilled volunteer to assist with Salesforce management. If you have experience with Salesforce, particularly in the context of nonprofit organizations, we need your help to strengthen our donor relations, streamline event management, and enhance our communications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update donor records in Salesforce
• Assist in planning and coordinating events using Salesforce tools
• Improve communication strategies through Salesforce integration
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing Salesforce usage

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Salesforce, with a preference for those experienced in nonprofit applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills

Commitment: This role is as-needed and can be aligned with your availability. There is potential for the role to expand to regular hours if it suits both the volunteer and the organization.

The office location is in Fort Worth Texas at the Shady Oaks Country Club, but this role can be accomplished virtually as well.
