Envision Lead Grow is a non-profit organization on a mission to provide economic empowerment services for women and girls from historically excluded communities through programs that increase equity, ownership, entrepreneurship, scholarship, and investment. We believe that little girls with dreams become women with vision, and we are committed to helping girls build their futures through entrepreneurship by creating a community to support their success. We offer a 4-Tier program at no cost to our girls or their families. First, the girls attend our interactive entrepreneurship sleepaway camp, where we walk them through the fundamentals of starting a business. At the end of camp, girls pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges, and the winning venture receives $500 seed money for her business. Since 2016, we have served over 3,000 girl bosses across the country. POSITION SUMMARY: Envision Lead Grow is currently looking for a Dean of Girl Bosses to help create a welcoming and safe environment at our summer immersion program. This summer, a total of 200 girls will be attending summer camp at Old Dominion University to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and become girl bosses. With girls ranging from 10 to 18, it is essential that there is a team member monitoring, maintaining , and resolving the behavior of participants. The Camp Dean of Girl Bosses will work with the ELG team to provide a positive camp experience, a safe environment, and a regulated program for each of our participants.
