Hey there, Super Organizers!

We need all hands on deck! We are on a mission to transform our outdoor storage space into a tidy and functional area! We've just moved into a new space, and we need your helping hands to whip our outdoor storage into shape. Join us for a day of teamwork, cleaning, and organizing as we roll up our sleeves and tackle this project together!

1. Storage Organization: We need volunteers to help arrange and stack items in our storage area systematically. A well-organized storage space will make it easier for us to access materials for future events.

2. Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the space as part of the cleanup process. This may include sweeping, mopping, or removing any trash and debris left behind.

3. Storage Organization and Revamp: Volunteers are needed to assist in removing all items from existing storage for previous events, properly packing and labeling them, and then repacking storage in an organized and efficient manner to enhance future accessibility.

4. Teamwork: You'll work closely with other volunteers and event organizers to ensure a smooth and efficient cleanup process. Teamwork is essential to get the job done effectively and quickly.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable and durable clothing.
• Closed-toe shoes with good traction.
• Work gloves if you have them.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team.

Schedule:

• Check-In: Please arrive at location by 10am to check in and receive instructions.

• Cleanup: The cleanup will begin promptly at 10am and is expected to last until 3pm. Please plan on staying until completion. It is likely the process will end prior to 3pm.

• Lunch Break: We will provide a short lunch break during the day. Please bring your lunch or snacks if you have dietary preferences.

Important Notes:

• Please inform us if you have any physical limitations, allergies, or health concerns that may affect your ability to volunteer. We would love to help accommodate you and give a task that fits your capabilities.
• Restrooms will be available for your convenience during the cleanup.
