Our mission is to support girls' education and well-being by providing tuition support, menstrual health kits, STEM career support, and mental health resources.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fundraising Manager to lead and implement fundraising strategies for the Girls Empowered Project. This role is crucial in ensuring we have the necessary resources to expand our programs and reach more girls in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet financial goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
  • Organize and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Prepare grant proposals and manage grant applications.
  • Oversee donor communications, ensuring timely and effective updates on program impact.
  • Maintain accurate records of donations and manage donor databases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials.
  • Track fundraising metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
