Our oceans are in dire need of protection, and awareness is crucial for their preservation. One powerful way to raise this awareness is through captivating and impactful imaging.

We are an ocean conservation organization that is 90% volunteer-operated, and we're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Coordinator.

What are we looking for in our perfect Digital Asset Management Coordinator?

Excellent Research Skills: You'll need to find the ideal DAM tool for our underwater video clips. We don't currently have a tool, and there are many options available. Your love for research and willingness to test drive different programs is essential.

Tech-Savvy with a Focus on AI: We need a tool with a powerful AI component that can identify underwater animals to some degree. The AI should also be able to pull geolocation data, clip length, and descriptions of activities.

Process-Oriented: Help us create an efficient workflow so we can easily find clips for our use and for our conservation partners.

If you have an eye for detail, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for ocean conservation, we need you! Your contribution will play a crucial role in our mission to protect and preserve marine life.

Description

Sea Save Foundation approaches conservation from two fronts:

  1. We develop and promote inspiring educational campaigns that showcase the beauty of ocean flora and fauna and underscore the current challenges facing our marine ecosystems.
  2. We couple serious environmental issues with concrete advocacy campaigns undertaken by our supporters and partners. With these programs, we hope to raise awareness about the importance of ocean conservation and create sustainable, healthy ecosystems for generations to come. It’s your ocean. Do something about it!
