Recruiting Organization: Souris Basin Planning Council

Through the Community Builder Program, the Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator VISTA will assist with development of Best Friend’s Mentoring Program community presence and long-term relationships with volunteers, donors, supporter, and community partnerships. Specific activities will include brainstorming new ways to generate volunteers and donors, assisting with volunteer and donor retention, conduct in-person visits to share program information, sharing information via telephone or email with interested parties, tabling at community events, creating social media posts, transitioning our website, and with the assistance of the executive director developing a diverse and inclusive marketing plan for volunteer and donor retention.
