Perticipants are encouraged to diligently pursue their personal dreams, aspirations, and goals while giving back to the community with their talents when re-entering society after being incarcerated. BIP is seeking housing with 3 or more bedrooms and a spacious backyard to plant a garden for theraputic beneifits.
We are looking for board members, volunteers, life coaches, mentors, and researchers to make this organization and participants successful as time goes by.

Our participants transition into a secure environment, social engagement, and structured lifestyle to achieve their dreams and aspirations through coaching and transformational housing with confidence and dignity.
Description
Residents are intentionally surrounded with like-minded networking neighbors. Daily responsibilities are shared to keep the surrounded area efficiently maintained. Social engagement entertainment is decided by the community. The trauma of incarceration, homelessness, and a non supported environment can cause tremendous stress on a daily bases. Our lifestyle coaching enhances mental and emotional stability that help foster lasting relationships. Participants are encourage to diligently pursue their personal dreams, aspirations, and goals while giving back to the community with their talents. Our graduate’s two years commitment have a choice to stay in our communities or independently branch out; however, it is mandatory to volunteer on one of our boards for 1 year after graduation.
Employment and housing are two foundational elements of economic stability; however, there is a third foundational element that must be added and it’s mental and emotional health.

- 3 hours a day.
- (board member requirements) Honest, reliable, and a passion for what this organization is doing. Volunteers must be computer savvy, and assignment ready. Life coaches must take 3 days of oriantation workshop, and have a heart for people to succeed.
