Golden Door Film Festival is a 3-day film festival in Jersey City, NJ, celebrating the talent of independent filmmakers. Films are screened throughout the city and are judged for excellence culminating in an awards ceremony on closing night. We are a not for profit film festival in Jersey City created to share the talents of local artists and artists from around the world. The volunteer opportunities include everything from managing venues, ticket taking, welcoming/greeting, set up and clean up, and the logistical preparations prior to the festival which occurs from June 26-28, 2025.
