Recruiting Organization: Homestretch- Roswell Ga

Budget Coaches will support clients in accomplishing the goals established by Homestretch supported by a goal action plan every quarter. Coaches will meet with their assigned clients monthly virtually on specific areas of program requirements for improving credit scores, debt reduction, and savings. Training for coaches is ongoing; however, volunteers must attend 1 hour of training in Cultural Sensitivity and Executive Functioning. Coaches will utilize the tools provided by Homestretch as a template for coaching clients. The template is designed to support clients in accomplishing goals to position them for success in their ability to acquire and sustain market-rate housing. The commitment to coaching is 1 year or until client success in all areas of program requirements is achieved, whichever is less.
