Girl Guides of Canada is looking for 1-2 active, motivated adults to be Pathfinder & Ranger leaders in Lethbridge for 2024/2025!No experience necessary, all training provided, many resources available to help with program planning.We empower young girls and women to be everything they want to be, and as a volunteer, you will help make that happen! Our volunteers support girls as they build confidence, develop new skills and become leaders in their communities.As part of a unit’s leadership team, you’ll facilitate an engaging and meaningful program for our Pathfinders (12-14) & Rangers (15-17). Being girl driven means you are facilitating the activities, while the youth take the drivers seat in planning and doing activities.Successful applicants will complete the screening and onboarding process immediately and then complete self paced training with a local mentor. In the last 100 years, 7 million Canadian girls and women have been involved in Guiding.

Whether it was girls learning to bandage wounds during the First World War or girls today working on their anti-bullying badge, Guiding continually evolves to reflect the needs and interests of contemporary girls and women. Today, Guiding's innovative programming is helping the next generation of Canadian girls become confident, courageous and resourceful leaders.
