We are looking for someone to help us keep up with creating awesome content for our social media pages in a way to drive people to our pages and keep our current followers excited and energized with what we are posting.
Your duties would potentially include:
* Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
* Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
* Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
* Perform social media marketing research
* Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
* Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
* Write social media captions that speak to the organization's target audience
* Help create and edit short-form videos
* Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
* Assist with photo/video content shoots (if local to San Antonio/Central Texas)

Mission Statement
Running Down a Dream is a 501(c)(3) organization who's mission is to provide running and walking shoes, health education, and fitness training to every kid in need so they can live, train, and succeed in all areas of their life.
Description
Our organization is focused on getting kids 1st-12th grade and their parents into a running community that offers kids a place outside of school to make new friends, set & reach fitness goals, learn about living a healthy lifestyle, and get rewarded for being a part of something so important to an enriched life. We host a weekly running group where the kids work to improve their fitness level, running ability, and grow their drive for constant improvement through goal setting and a reward system that incentivizes success. Runs range from 1 mile to 5 miles based on kids’ ability and age. The weekly running group meets in a local park, where we set up a tent, tables, water jugs, sports drinks, and timing devices for the kids, parents, and coaches. The thing that sets our organization apart from other running groups is that we collect new and gently used shoes from our community members, local organizations, and businesses to provide to kids in families who need help getting their feet on the ground.
We recently had our two year anniversary on June 1st, celebrating with a 5k of over 50 people and a total of over 250 kids signed up at one of our running events! We are very excited to continue growing and we need your help to do it!
