Project C.U.R.E. is looking for friendly, organized volunteers to provide reception and administrative support. This volunteer role can be done in-person at our warehouse or remotely. We will provide training on our processes and systems and are looking for a volunteer to support us as we deliver health and hope to the world.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Volunteer’s responsibilities include to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to volunteers, staff, and external stakeholders.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.

  • Assist in scheduling volunteer groups for upcoming events, projects, or programs.

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills, for tasks such as sending emails, navigating dashboards, and scheduling volunteer groups. We will provide training on our processes and systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Customer service experience or an attitude of openness, is eager to learn new things.

Time Commitment:

Seeking a volunteer able to 4 hours per week Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.
