Mission Statement

To transform the lives of those impacted by racial or socio-economic barriers through Personal Empowerment, career training, and meaningful employment.

Description

Our vision: A community where all individuals, especially people of color, have attained financial independence through employment success.

About us: At Twin Cities R!SE, our mission is to assist individuals living in poverty to achieve long-term and stable employment. We believe in equipping our participants with the necessary work skills through comprehensive training programs. In addition, we provide internship opportunities, job search assistance, and employment placement services to help them find meaningful and fulfilling work.

Our dedicated coaches offer personalized one-on-one support, partnering with participants for a duration of two years even after they secure employment. We are committed to achieving long-term results, as evidenced by our impressive ten-year retention rate, with 78% of our graduates remaining in their jobs after two years.

However, our commitment goes beyond just teaching job skills. Through our renowned Personal Empowerment program, we foster transformative change, instilling self-confidence and self-reliance in our participants. We believe in empowering individuals to not only succeed in the workplace but also thrive in all aspects of their lives.
