Volunteer will be providing assistance to staff in terms of patient care.
List of duties:
-help patients fill out different applications (ex: open hand project)
-help provide patients set up transportation service appointments
-provide patients with different community resources
(duties can possibly be added depending on the clinic's need)

LifeLong Medical Care offers a sliding scale for low income patients based on family size and income. No Patient is denied health care services based on inability to pay.
