Are you passionate about empowering youth and young adults? Do you have a specific set of skills, trade skill or career focus that you could share insight on? If so, The Odis Ella Foundation invites you to join our Mentorship Program as a volunteer Youth Mentor!

About the Program: The Mentorship Program is a vital part of our mission to support individuals during their transition from adolescence to adulthood. Our goal is to provide participants with essential skills & insight into their desired field of study or profession, to have a support system of integrity , positive role models and mental wellness, ensuring they are prepared to succeed in professional and social settings.

Volunteer Role: As a volunteer Mentor, you will dedicate your time to a minimum of one mentee at a time, the option to commit to more is available :

Requirements:

• No degree required
• Passion for helping others develop life skills
• Ability to commit to regular mentorship sessions and educational program events
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
