About Neighborhood Health Clinic

Location:

88 12th Street North Suite 100, Naples, FL 34102, US

Mission Statement

Neighborhood Health Clinic delivers quality medical care to low income, working but uninsured Collier County adults using a professional volunteer staff and funded by private philanthropy.

Description

On April 12, 1999, the Clinic opened its doors to the first of many patients to come. The Clinic began operating in a cramped and weathered space donated by NCH Healthcare System. Thanks to the generosity of contributors who donated to and advocated for the Clinic’s mission, Neighborhood Health Clinic was able to move into its current, state-of-the-art facility in 2003.

Neighborhood Health Clinic is patient driven, providing more than 25 specialties on our Clinic campus required to treat the multitude of chronic health conditions faced by our patients. Many of these chronic conditions require dedicated equipment, which is why the Clinic expansion is so vital in offering specialized patient care. For this, the Clinic has expanded and added many unique areas, such as full imaging, a complete dental suite, ophthalmology equipment, cardiology and gynecology services and more, to help care for our patients and minimize any risk of interruption of care. This reduces our patients’ time away from work, allowing for more comprehensive care with less time constraints. For any procedures we are unable to provide on-site, we work with local providers to help deliver those necessary services. As we continue to grow, our hope is to relieve the pressures on our local providers and ensure full, uninterrupted care at the Clinic.
