Responsibilities:

• Sign in to the assigned Zoom account and prepare for the webinar.
• Coordinate with presenters to ensure a smooth experience.
• Start the webinar and engage with participants.
• Introduce yourself, the program, and the presenter.
• Monitor and facilitate interactions in the Chat and Q&A boxes.
• Conclude the webinar and provide follow-up information.
• Log out of the Zoom account at the end of the session.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Zoom or similar webinar platforms.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage and interact with participants in a virtual setting.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks during the webinar.
• Reliable and punctual, ensuring timely setup and smooth operation of the webinar.

Skills Needed:

• Proficiency in using Zoom and other virtual meeting tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups.
• Problem-solving skills to address any technical issues that may arise.

Education Requirements:

• High school graduate with computer literacy skills.
