As a personal assistant, you will directly assist staff members, executives, or program managers in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  2. Data Entry and Organization:

  3. Event Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, or fundraisers.
    • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and participant communication.
  4. Communication:

    • Draft and proofread emails, newsletters, and announcements.
    • Assist with social media updates or website content.
  5. Support for Program Managers:

    • Collaborate with program managers on specific projects.
    • Attend meetings and take notes.
    • Assist in program-related tasks as needed.
  6. Confidentiality and Professionalism:

    • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
    • Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Description

Going into Pieces Movement Inc is a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization that deals with Mental Health & Crisis Intervention N.E.C. GIPM Serves anyone dealing with mental health; However, our organization is tailored towards men, those who have been human trafficked and suicidal people. Men support groups are needed because they are unrepresented with their feelings. Human trafficking exists and needs to be stopped. Going Into Pieces objective is to serve the community by helping with awareness and preventive methods to abolish this slavery.
