1 Voice Can Help is a registered IRS 501(c)(3) public organization focused on giving back to charities in need through the power of music. We are currently producing a large-scale charity concert to benefit a local children's hospital, featuring undiscovered unsigned recording artists, original music, live entertainment, and will be headlined by a major recording artist in the music industry.

We are seeking to fill a board member seat, with a specific focus on the role of Chief People Officer. This individual would provide guidance and support to help further our mission.

Chief People Officer | Duration of role: 12 Months

1. Offer guidance/advice to our HR team (as needed) to support the following areas (training to support employees, HR policies, company culture, and charitable initiatives/community outreach).

2. Attend virtual board meetings (a minimum of two a year).

3. Offer feedback to the Founder & CEO about the HR team (end-of-year job performance reviews).

Requirements for Role:

Prior experience serving as a board member with for-profit and or non-profit organization.

Minimum of 20 years of experience working in HR.

Prior experience as Chief People Officer with for-profit and or non-profit organizations.
