Job Summary:

The secretary role works directly under the President of GoSinergy and assists with tasks ranging from calendar management to communicating across all departments on behalf of the President.

Job Description:

· Schedule and organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings on behalf of President and take meeting minutes

· Calendar management

· Communicate with other department directors as needed

· Review reports, spreadsheets, and other necessary forms

· Sending reminders of important meetings , tasks, policy updates etc.

Requirements:

· Ability to manage multiple tasks

· Exceptional organizational skills

Detail oriented

· Candidate must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communication in a remote work setting.

· Must be adaptable to unforeseen situations that may arise

· Must have great skills in problem solving

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to telecommute for meetings

Qualifications

· Prior administrative experience (1 year preferred)

· Prior experience as a personal assistant (a plus)
