All About You Healthcare Advocates' mission is to promote Health Equity, improve Health Literacy, and dismantle healthcare barriers that prevent community members of color and low-income from accessing primary and preventive healthcare services and community resources.
Our team, meet our community members where they are and provide vital health screening, health education and advocacy services that promote health and wellness. We cannot acheive our mission without the help of dedicated volunteers who desire to serve others and make a difference in the world!

It is our mission to educate our clients about health and wellness and to help them gain a better understanding of their health and physical well-being. It is our top priority to help our clients by bridging any gaps that may exist with their treating provider(s) and available healthcare resources afforded to them, thereby ensuring that our clients and their families receive high-quality healthcare and services. Our clients must have a voice when it comes to their healthcare concerns, needs, and options. It is our passion to humbly serve anyone seeking our services, especially those with limited access to healthcare and educational resources. We also are committed to making a difference in our communities, by providing excellent and compassionate services and being good stewards of the resources given to our organization.
Description
We offer programs that provide all the assistance clients need regarding their healthcare options and physical well-being. All About You HealthCare Advocates brings the education aspect combined with awareness to the clients and other organizations in our community. The goal of All About You HealthCare Advocates is to increase Middlesex County's participation in policy-making that results in equitable policies that will improve the quality of life for all patients and healthcare providers regarding their healthcare options and physical well-being. Our goal is not only to assist with creating stable living environments for those in need but also to equip them with the resources and skills necessary to empower themselves and overcome misfortunes. All About You HealthCare Advocates expects to serve 400-500 clients and their families within the next two years throughout the community through our programs and health fairs. With our proven record, we are confident that out of these participants, 90%-100% will have improved their knowledge regarding their healthcare options and physical well-being. The renewed individuals will have increased comprehension regarding us by connecting them with our highly qualified, committed healthcare professionals and staff members who will advocate on their behalf and will gain success. In the past year, we have offered one-on-one patient advocacy and free physical health examinations, including screenings for cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes, benefiting over 200 low-income community members.

- We conduct on average 10-12 health fairs a year, healthcare navigation and ask that our volunteers commit anywhere from 4-10 hours per month if possible. Some positions hours are very flexible.
- We are seeking volunteers with a heart to serve. Those with clinical experience, administrative skills, and board member experience are a plus. We are seeking some volunteers that are Bilingual.
