Box Office Volunteers: These volunteers are the first point of contact for many theatergoers. They handle ticket sales and distribution, answer questions about the show, and assist with reservations and seating arrangements. Box office volunteers must be friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the production and theater policies to provide excellent customer service.

Concessions Volunteers: Concessions volunteers manage the sales of snacks, beverages, and other refreshments before the show and during intermission. They handle cash and card transactions, ensure that the concession stand is well-stocked, and maintain a clean and inviting area for patrons. Their friendly service helps enhance the overall theater experience.

Merchandise Volunteers: These volunteers manage the sales of show-related merchandise, such as programs, posters, and themed souvenirs. They set up and organize merchandise displays, assist customers with their purchases, and handle transactions. Merchandise volunteers help to create lasting memories for audience members by offering keepsakes from their theater experience.

Backstage Crew: The backstage crew is essential for the smooth execution of the production. These volunteers assist with various technical and logistical tasks, such as setting up and changing scenery, handling props, managing costumes, and ensuring quick and efficient scene transitions. They work closely with the stage manager and technical director to ensure that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Stagehands: A critical part of the backstage crew, stagehands are responsible for moving sets, props, and other equipment during the performance. They ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time and work quietly and efficiently to minimize disruptions during the show.

Each volunteer in The Little Mermaid crew and house staff is integral to the success of the production. Their dedication and hard work behind the scenes and in the front of the house ensure that every performance is a magical and memorable experience for the audience.
