This role is for the sister organization of Create Initiative known as The Corporate Life with McAden. This is a purely volunteering role. Volunteers should be based in Lagos, Nigeria.

At Corporate Life, we do live shows featuring industry experts discussing corporate and business topics, personality interviews that inspire and educate our audience, live streaming of corporate events, and lots more. As a relatively new organization, we're working to establish ourselves in both online and offline spaces. Currently, our services are free.

We seek committed volunteers to help drive our vision and purpose.

As a community manager, you will be expected to:

1. Monitor and actively engage with the community across social media channels.
2. Respond promptly to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
3. Organize and strategize engagement programs within the virtual community groups.
4. Host virtual and inperson community events to foster engagement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for community growth, including sharing the organization's updates and opportunities with the community groups.
