In the summer months, many local children do not have access to nutritious meals and go hungry. You are invited to be part of the solution by supporting MeaningFULL Meals this summer. We’re happy to partner with BackPack Beginnings again this summer to help stock United Way’s Mentoring Matters-supported school food pantries and other Title 1 schools. Please consider donating food items to help local children:
Most needed food items:
- Microwavable Chef Boyardee meals
- Rice
- Peanut Butter
- Ready to eat soups
- Boxed Cereal
- Individually wrapped snacks
Starting July 1st please drop off donations at United Way of Greater Greensboro, 1500 Yanceyville Dr., Greensboro. NC 27405 Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm. Or Saturday August 3rd from 10am-12noon or August 5th from 5pm-6pm.
