Join NYC Parks and The Forest Park Trust for Forest Restoration Fridays this summer to engage in hands-on forest restoration work, including invasive species removal, trail restoration, and possible planting in our park. All tools will be provided, and no prior experience is needed. Just bring your enthusiasm. Please come dressed in sturdy, closed-toe shoes and bring your own water bottle.

Since its inception, The Forest Park Trust, Inc. has set into motion major capital improvement plans. organized and produced events to serve the cultural and recreational needs of the community, instituted annual fundraising events, established a large volunteer contingency, and brought the park back to the community.
