Description

Eggo's Friends is inspired by founder, Bianca d'Errico's beloved bulldog, Eggo. He was a rehomed pet with a painful past. Their profound connection and love would go on to change both of their lives and last beyond his. When Eggo passed away, Bianca wondered how many Eggo's are euthanized each year and how many people like her need them. Eggo's Friends is her promise to him to change the world the way he did hers.

Eggo's Friends is founded by tech, media & entertainment, and environmental executives. Our connection points are our love for pets, wanting to make a difference, laughing, and focusing on solutions and collaboration. We aim to ease financial and behavior stress burdens on pet parents, destigmatize rescue and shelter pets, and support environmental projects that can help heal our planet.

We have an AI tech platform to transform pet parenting. It's comprehensive medical and behavioral support that also includes backend help for rescues and shelters to grow their reach. Our media & entertainment is developing an Eggo's Friends television show in collaboration with PBS, and onboarding celebrities and influencers. The planet aspect of Eggo's Friends is about carbon credit projects that reduce environmental damage and GHG emissions.

Our big audacious goals include: 1,000,000 spay and neuters and universal veterinary care. In addition, we want to create a lasting shift in society to values rescue and shelter pets and ultimately substantially reduce euthanasia.
