On June 28, 2024 we will be hosting our 1st name/gender marker change collaborative clinic. The purpose of this clinic is to assist our community with navigating the process of obtaining a court ordered legal name change, and the subsequent processes of amending the name and gender marker on government issued identification documents, as well as alleviating the financial barriers that will come with these changes. We are looking to do this in celebration of Pride month and have been able to connect with different partners to begin planning this event.

Description
Rainy Day Fund works to eliminate the financial barriers that prevent individuals from exiting or avoiding the legal system by assisting with costs associated with housing, employment, securing identification, restoration of rights, court cost, and other immediate needs.
