Our meal program makes life easier for families who stay at our House.

Our meal program is a wonderful way to give back while being able to connect with families that stay at the House and put a smile on their faces.

Love Served Daily volunteers plan the menu, shop for ingredients, and then prepare and serve a delicious meal in our kitchen. This is a group volunteer opportunity. You must be at least 14 years old (and accompanied by an adult). To ensure food safety, all meals must be prepared on site or come directly from a commercial (restaurant) kitchen.

About Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maryland

Location:

1 Aisquith Street, BALTIMORE, MD 21202, US

Mission Statement

RMHC Maryland’s mission is to offer a community of compassion, support, and the comforts of home to families with critically ill children, near the medical care they need, with the family they love.

Description

As the one and only Ronald McDonald House in the state of Maryland, we seek to create, find, and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families. Since our doors opened 42 years ago, RMHC Maryland has served families in 22 countries and 50 states - and counting! Our brand-new House can accommodate 55 families per night, including 9 oncology suites, and serves approximately 2,400 families each year. Run by a small staff and volunteer Board of Directors, our Ronald McDonald House Charities Maryland provides a haven that shelters families and sees them through a period of unthinkable stress.
