Do you want to hone your skills and expand your portfolio? Have you created beautiful motion graphics and animations for websites and web videos, or 2D and 3D explainer videos showcasing products or projects? If so, we want to hear from you!

### About Make Cents Foundation

At Make Cents Foundation, we believe that financial literacy is a basic human right. Unfortunately, millions of people around the world lack access to essential financial education. We are dedicated to providing the tools and resources needed to empower individuals and communities to make informed financial decisions. We have positively impacted thousands of lives, but there are still many more who need our help. We rely on a strong volunteer base and the generosity of individuals and corporations to carry out our mission.

### How You’ll Make an Impact

Your artwork and animations will play a central role in Make Cents Foundation’s online presence, media, and fundraising campaigns. Your designs will directly influence the success and outcomes of our campaigns and, in turn, the success of our programs.

### What You Will Do

- Understand Make Cents Foundation’s mission, vision, and strategic plans and visualize them in beautiful motion graphics and animations.
- Create animations of financial literacy concepts and stories.
- Develop short 1-minute animated explainer videos for YouTube, social media, and ad campaigns, showcasing our mission and programs.

### Your Skills

- Experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Animator.
- Strong, focused sense of visual style and taste, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Proficiency in necessary software or equipment (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Capability to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism.
- Fluency in storyboarding and directing informational graphics.
- Mastery of 2D animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent sense of motion design, beautiful animations, cinematography, and graphic/information design using typography, iconography, and layout design.
- Organized and methodical with projects, self-management skills.
- Passionate about motion design, knowledgeable about styles, ideas, and trends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong desire to work in the educational space.
- Receptive to feedback and iterative/experimental design methodology.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing your work.
- Passionate about education and creating beautiful visual experiences.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in learning new skills to help a small team create something significant.
