CEO Roundtable Facilitator
MBMentors.org is an all volunteer 501(c)3 organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners start, run and grow their businesses. We actively helping small businesses through our free service offerings. Our volunteers are passionate and committed, driving impactful change throughout the Twin Cities area.
Join us in leading engaging discussions that inspire business leaders to connect, learn, and grow! We are looking for dynamic Roundtable Facilitators to guide small groups of local Twin Cities entrepreneurs through insightful conversations. As a facilitator, you’ll be instrumental in fostering meaningful networking, problem-solving, and skill-building among peers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and guide roundtable discussions, ensuring a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Encourage open dialogue, exchange of ideas, and collaborative problem-solving
- Mediate conflicts and keep conversations productive and respectful
- Summarize key insights and action items after each session
- Help create an environment where business leaders can thrive and learn from each other
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in facilitating group discussions or meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain focus
- Skilled in conflict resolution and fostering engagement
- Comfortable with documenting meeting outcomes and follow-ups
Time Commitment:
- 1/2 day per month for roundtable meetings (Third Thursday usually in the a.m.)
- Additional 1/2 day per month for administrative work
- Flexible roundtable schedules (8 to 10 sessions per year)

MBMentors is a premier source of business coaching and advice for entrepreneurs and established small businesses. We are founded and are staffed by experienced executives and business owners passionate about giving back to our business community. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, MBMentors volunteers are a diverse team of individuals brought together by the mission to advise, support, and empower entrepreneurs and small business owners. We do this with our skills, experiences, knowledge, and abilities to help people start, run, and grow their small businesses. And, we do this at no cost to our clients.
Description
MBMentors was founded in January of 2020, as a 501(c)3, all-volunteer, non-profit business services organization. We are a group of experienced businesspeople whose mission is to give back to our business community. All volunteers have extensive business experience and expertise in starting, running and growing businesses.
Our 20+ team members desire is to help our clients succeed in starting and operating their business ventures. Our services include: 1:1 business coaching/mentoring, educational webinars, business plan support, CEO Roundtables and a Women's Collective for and by women in business.
Mentoring/Coaching clients are assigned to an advisor based on his/her specific needs and business challenges. Volunteers and clients have the option of meeting in-person, through email, phone, or video conferencing. Meetings occur as frequently as the client request. There is no cost to our clients for the services we provide.
